If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
We try to fill and send your order to our warehouse as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to modify your order, shipping/ billing address once the order is placed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
We use DHL, USPS and UPS for standard shipping. Our shipping rates depend on the weights of the products. Domestic orders are eligible to receive standard shipping service. Under some special promotions, we offer express shipping service to our customers. Shipping rates of express shipping service also depend on the weights of the products.
Please note that if your order qualifies, the free shipping rate will automatically apply to your order at checkout. Modifying your order during the checkout process may result in changes in shipping rate.
We process and deliver orders on Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/ or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders. We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
After your item has shipped, for orders in the U.S., please allow 5-8 business days to receive your order for standard shipping service; For orders in Canada, please allow 8-12 business days to receive your order for standard shipping service. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships and is safely en route. Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com if you have not received your package within 5-8 business days (standard shipping) of receiving your tracking number.
Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it’ll arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages, or loss of the item passes to the recipient.
ReadySlim ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to ReadySlim, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. ReadySlim does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. If your package has been stolen, please seek information from our Customer Service team.
Locations outside of the 48 contiguous states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico: International shipping times apply to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Due to distance and shipping methods employed to get your package to you, please allow up to 15-20 business days. It can take less or more time, depending on the season, weather and shipping conditions.
APO/ FPO Addresses: Although APO/ FPO addresses are considered in the United States, shipping may be delayed due to the remote locations. 30-45 shipping days may apply for these addresses. Please pay attention to the following rules to ensure the package can be delivered successfully:
- Write out the service member’s full name in the name field.
- Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1.
The city field will need to be one of the following abbreviations set forth by the Military:
APO: Army Post Office
FPO: Fleet Post Office
DPO: Diplomatic Post Office
The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code”, which is categorized by the following abbreviations:
AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas)
AP: Armed Forces Pacific
AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa)
- Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.
PO box addresses: Sorry, we don’t ship to PO box addresses currently.

We are unable to edit your shipping address once your order has been processed. You may expect a shipping confirmation email within the next 24 hours!
