We suggest two tea bags daily, one Wakey Wakey and one Snoozzzy. You can drink Wakey Wakey in the morning and Snoozzzy at night.

Will I lose weight or slim down after consuming ReadySlim cleansing tea blends?

ReadySlim detox teas are great additions to your wellness regime that help maximise your results. However, results vary from person to person since we all have different metabolisms and health conditions. We recommend our customers to adopt a healthy, clean diet with minimal processed food, as well as a regular exercise routine for optimum results.

Are there any laxatives in your teas?

No, we do not use any laxatives in our detox tea blends. Other detox teas on the market use senna leaf, a herb that has a strong laxative effect. We do not recommend detox teas with laxatives due to the high amount of liquids your body loses in a short amount of time. Although you may feel lighter, you’re not actually losing body fat and the effects are only temporary. 

Can I skip meals and only drink ReadySlim cleansing tea?

We always recommend to drink our teas in conjunction with healthy balanced meals, never skip meals or to use our teas as a meal replacement. For the best results, incorporate our detox teas as part of a healthy daily routine, which includes wholesome meals and staying active.

Can I drink ReadySlim cleansing teas on an empty stomach?

We suggest you drink our morning tea Wakey Wakey during breakfast and Snoozzzy 1-2 hours before going to bed.

Are ReadySlim cleansing teas approved by the FDA?

As our detox tea blends are herbal dietary supplements, they are not required to be evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

How or where should I store my ReadySlim products?

ReadySlim products should be stored at room temperature. Avoid placing tea bags in the sun or near heat sources (e.g. stove, oven). Keep the tea away from strong odor and humid areas.

Do you ship internationally / worldwide / overseas?

How many days does shipping take?

You will receive an email with the tracking information of the package once it has been shipped. After receiving the notification, please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order for standard shipping service. For the customers who choose the express shipping service, please allow 3-5 business days to receive the package.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipping, you will be notified by email with your tracking information and the information of the carrier. We use DHL, USPS and UPS in the U.S. If you can’t find your tracking number, please contact us by email at or reach us through the Live Chat! We are pleased to resend it to you!

What should I do if I receive wrong order / wrong product?

We’re really sorry for the mix up and that you received the wrong product. Please contact our Customer Service team at for assistance. Send us your order number, a photo of the wrong order/ product you received, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. 

Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days after the package has been delivered successfully.

What should I do if I enter the wrong mailing address?

We are unable to edit your shipping address once your order has been processed. You may expect a shipping confirmation email within the next 24 hours. Be sure to check your junk/ spam mail as it may have ended there as well.
