Serving Size
  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/ 400F.
  2. Add the flaxseed and parmesan cheese into the bowl. Mix them until they blend well together.
  3. Add the egg and water and stir them until the mixture forms a dough.
  4. Place parchment paper on the baking tray. Put the dough on it and cover it with another sheet of parchment paper. Flatten the dough, but make sure it does not get too thin.
  5. Bake the dough for 13 minutes.
  6. After baking the dough, cut the dough into squares with a knife.
  7. Enjoy the crackers alone or with a cheese dip after cooling down.
