    • 2 tbsp., Chia Seeds
    • 200ml., Unsweetened Almond Milk
    • 1 cup., Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 1 tbsp., Sugar Free Strawberry Jam
    • 1 cup., Fresh or Frozen Mixed Berries
    1. Put chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk and plain greek yogurt into a container, and mix it very thoroughly.
    2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate it overnight.
    3. Add strawberry jam and berries on top of the pudding before eating to get the perfect taste.
        • Ground chia seeds may taste bitter.
        • It is optional to select any sugar-free strawberry jam or blueberry jam or raspberry jam, or blackberry jam.
        • You can select other Keto-friendly fruits such as watermelon, peaches, cantaloupe, and tomatoes as an alternative to mixed berries.
