If you ever feel fatigued or tired during the day, you should grab a handful of nuts as you may have an iron deficiency.
At the same time, nuts contain a great amount of essential fatty acids that provide a natural moisturizer for our skin. Finally, one can’t forget the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to give it that final punch. Altogether, you get a splendid easy-to-make dish that is clean and tasty.
